Andrew Farrugia used almost 700 hours of labor and 3,000 pounds of chocolate to sculpt a train 112 feet long, setting a new Guinness World record. There were no molds—just a concept that led to drawings and the intricate detail.

It must have been hard for tourists to look and not taste. Maybe the host sold HO scale chocolate train cars for those who saw the exhibit.

What sound does a chocolate train make as it clatters down the tracks? Some would say the choo choo would be correctly spelled “chew-chew.”
