Lana retired from her career as a physical therapist in 2019 and now frequently serves as an assessor with a Christian international disaster relief organization. When she’s not deployed with them, she occasionally serves as a substitute teacher for the local English as a Second Language (ESL) school.
She is a divorced mother of two adult sons and one deceased daughter and lives near both sons and their families, including five grandchildren, in East Texas. She is the author of “What Comes from the Heart,” published under her middle name Jean. The second book is “The Fields are White.”
